Biography
A steady advocate for people and organizations
Ojinika Osuji is an Ontario-licensed lawyer and enterprise risk executive who founded Zitan Law Professional Corporation. She brings more than 16 years of experience in legal counsel and risk management across federal Crown corporations, healthcare, regulatory bodies, and major public companies.
Her practice spans employment and human rights law, corporate and commercial law, workplace investigations, mediation and conflict resolution, and immigration. She advises both employees and employers on terminations, human rights complaints, and workplace policies, and conducts independent, trauma-informed workplace investigations.
